First started my sessions with Chris on the 5th April. Chris has taught me multiple traits, discipline, continued learning, methods of managing stress, coping with failure, overthinking techniques, how to manage overthinking & persistence. Chris is someone you can open up too, he has been through it he understands your struggles and puts a plan in place to help you get out of it and start winning. He does 121 sessions with me, he does group sessions with my team. Not only can he take an individual to the next level but he also creates winning cultures in businesses which is a vital part of Strive being so successful. Chris is now a good friend, we speak all the time he is there 24/7. Whenever you need someone to talk to he is there. He is passionate, loves what he does but more importantly he is very very good at it.
